Gangubai Kathiawadi And RRR Producer Jayantilal Gada Underwent Heart Surgery After Collapsing In His Office?

Producer Jayantilal Gada is currently not in the pink of his health. According to a report published in ETimes, Gada who has produced Alia Bhatt’s Gangubai Kathiawadi, RRR and Akshay Kumar’s Bell Bottom was rushed to the hospitalised after he collapsed in his office two-three days ago. As per the portal, Gada had to undergo heart surgery and got a pacemaker shifted in his heart. However, his son Dhaval revealed that his father didn’t collapse but admitted being in the hospital as the doctors had to fit a peacemaker in his heart.
He was quoted saying by the portal, "Well, Dad didn't collapse. Lekin haan, he was in a hospital and doctors fitted a pacemaker in his heart.” He further added that his father has returned home and is feeling better now. He continued, “He is better now and has been discharged from the hospital. Yes, this happened a couple of days ago.” Speaking about his production ventures, Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s directorial Gangubai Kathiawadi starring Alia Bhatt is one of the anticipated films. The shoot of the movie has come to an end and reportedly, the makers are looking for this year release.
Gada is also producing another film of Alia and that is RRR which is helmed by SS Rajamouli. The makers have slated to release pan-India on October 13, 2021, in Tamil, Hindi, Kannada and Malayalam.
Speaking of Akshay Kumar’s espionage thriller, Bell Bottom, the film’s shooting was wrapped during the first lockdown. However, the makers have not zeroed down on a release date owing to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
